Book Your Experience

Booking & Payment
All bookings must be secured in advance.
Hourly services, packages, and nightlife experiences require a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Airport transfers require full payment at the time of booking.
No reservation is guaranteed until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
Deposits are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be accommodated at the discretion of Obsidian Executive Transport based on availability.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the full booking amount being charged.

Overtime & Additional Time
All services are subject to additional charges if time exceeds the scheduled booking.
Additional time is billed at $100 per hour.
Overtime will be calculated based on actual service time and added to the final balance.

Waiting Time
A grace period of 15 minutes is included for pickups.
Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may be billed at the hourly rate of $100 per hour.
For airport pickups, reasonable delays due to flight arrival may be accommodated; however, excessive waiting time may be subject to additional charges.

Tolls, Parking & Additional Fees
Tolls, parking, and any additional fees incurred during service are not included in base pricing and will be added to the final balance.

Service Use & Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during service. No smoking is permitted in any vehicle.
Obsidian Executive Transport reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without refund in cases of:
• unsafe behavior
• illegal activity
• excessive intoxication
• damage to the vehicle
Any damage to the vehicle or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.

Service Limitations
While every effort is made to provide timely and efficient service, Obsidian Executive Transport is not liable for delays caused by:
• traffic conditions
• weather
• road closures
• unforeseen circumstances

Right to Refuse Service
Obsidian Executive Transport reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion to ensure safety, compliance, and service standards.

Liability
Obsidian Executive Transport is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten personal belongings.
Clients assume responsibility for their personal items at all times.

Agreement
By submitting a booking request or completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined above.
